The Bears in the Desert event program booklets will be 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall. They will be printed in grayscale with the cover in full color.

Graphic Specifications

All advertisements submitted for publication must be:

• Submitted on CDROM or sent via email to psbearsinfo@palmspringsbears.org
• File formats to be either JPG or GIF or TIF at 300 dpi resolution. Grayscale or black and white.
• Ads submitted on CDROM and mailed should include a printed copy for reference.
• Camera-ready artwork can be scanned, but digital format is preferred.

Program book advertisements may involve products or services that are sexual in nature, but the advertising content itself may not be sexually explicit (no frontal nudity, no sexual contact, etc.). We reserve the right to reject or modify any advertisements in keeping with this policy.

Deadline: Event program booklet advertisements must be received by Friday, May 9th, 2008.
